When you are lonely
It’s important to trust
That God loves you.
You know He loves you;
You have devoted your life to Him.
When no one replies
To your kind messages
Don’t ever think
You are doing something wrong.
Always remember
That it’s the will of God
That those people don’t reply.
Count your blessings
Be grateful for the peace and space
Don’t take it for granted.
Fellowship will come
God is in control
You have prayed about it
So trust and be patient.
Don’t forget
How far you have come
On this life journey.
You are saved
By the grace of God
He who began a good work in you
Is sure to bring it to completion.
Now power of hell
No scheme of man
Can ever pluck you
From His hand.
You’re a special person
And maybe you’re on your own
Because God wants time with you.
You’re a people person
But being well known
Presents challenges.
Life is intense.
Not everyone will understand.
People may criticise.
But remember, you got here
By showing love.
Continue to show love.
Have no regrets.
Regret is illogical.
Do your best every day
Keep loving and forgiving
