God is the all-knowing architect of your life story. You are but a pawn in the great unfolding of His masterplan. So submit to Him at the beginning of the day, ask for His mercy and generosity, and say sorry for anything you’ve done wrong.
A man was on his way to work when he noticed a gold ring on the ground. Not wanting to upset his boss by arriving late to the office, he phoned in and explained that he had something pressing he had to take care of. The man picked up the ring and walked three miles to the police station to hand it in.
For what reason did the man conduct this selfless act? He believed he would find his reward with God and have treasure in heaven.
