Hello dear ones! This post is a brief round-up of my week in blogging, followed by a few personal reflections, and ending with a Question of the Week, which you are cordially invited to participate in 🙂
The Week in Review
For my Monday Music post this week I shared a moving track by an American country artist named Jenn Bostic. You can read that post and listen to the song, which is about how Jenn lost her father at a young age, by clicking here.
I shared more music on Tuesday as it was release day for song seven on the T.E.N. Project, my ten-song experimental music project. Read about the track and listen here.
This week I substituted my regular Thursday Theology post with a Wednesday post, as I felt inspired to share an extract from one of my books. The section I shared is about a crazy spiritual encounter I had. The article is called ‘Encountering a Cult’ and you can read it here.
I took a break on Thursday but returned with my regular Friday Philosophy post, which this week featured Plato and his influential idea about the the realm of forms. You can read my response to Plato’s theory here.
A Few Reflections
- Thank you to everyone who responded to last week’s QOTW about rodents. There were some great stories! 🐭
- This coming week I’m throwing my schedule out of the window (sorry!) because I want to focus entirely on a particular post about Scripture/theology. The post, which I’ve already written, is actually quite a big deal for me, and I’m really looking forward to getting your thoughts. You might be surprised! I’ll be publishing it tomorrow (Monday).
- Thank you to everyone who has been keeping me in their prayers. It means the world to me. And remember that every Sunday I have some quality prayer time and I always lift up my blog followers to the Lord and ask for His blessing and favour over your lives in the coming week. ❤️
